Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Email address (for account creation and communication)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number)
• Analysis results (stored in your account for your history)
• Selected state preference

2. What We Do Not Collect or Store

• Your raw lease document text (processed in-memory, not persisted)
• Your PDF files (text is extracted in your browser before being sent)

3. AI Processing

When you analyze a lease, the extracted text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. This processing is subject to Anthropic's usage policies and privacy policy: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy

Anthropic's API does not use submitted data to train their models when accessed via the API.

4. Data Storage

Analysis results are stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) and associated with your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

5. Payment Data

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or access your payment card information. See Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the “Delete Account” button in your account settings.
